Power Colada

1 Scoop Pineapple Gold Standard Pre-Workout

1 Bottle of Cocoprotein

1 Cup of Ice

1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream Gold Standard Whey

Orange Dreamsicle

 

1 scoop of Orange Amino Energy

1 Cup of Ice

2 Scoops of Orange Creamsicle Bio-gro

1 scoop of Whipped Vanilla Cellucor Whey

 

 Strawberry Daiquiri

 

1 Scoop of Strawberry Margarita Fitmiss BCAA

1 Cup of Ice

1 Scoop of Strawberries and Cream Quest Protein Powder

Hunky Chunky Monkey 

 

1 Scoop of Chocolate Ice Cream Hyper-Gro

1 Frozen banana

1 Scoop of Chocolate Fudge Elite Whey Protein

Sour Appletini

1 Scoop of Sour Batch Iso-Amino

1 Tablespoon of Green Apple L-Carnitine 1500

2oz of Water
