What is your return policy?

Can I Return/Exchange A Product That Is Not Opened?

Yes! We understand how your circumstances may change or you may change your mind. As long as you return the item(s) within 30 days, unopened, and still in saleable condition, we can give you a full refund for the product(s) or exchange them for something different. Of course, we can not refund your shipping or return shipping fees.

To return the item(s), simply send them in a carefully packed box to:

Include your name, order number, phone number, the reason you are returning the item, and then let us know if you would like an in store credit (minus shipping) or an exchange. We will take care of this for you within 24 hours of the time it arrives back to us, and we will e-mail you to let you know that we received it. Of course, we can not be responsible for the amount of time that it takes for the item to be delivered back to us, or if the item is lost or broken during shipment to us.

If you ordered the item more than 30 days ago, you can still return the products for an in store credit, but we will charge a 25% re-stocking fee. We can take care of this for you right away!

If you ordered more than 3 months ago, we can not accept returns.

Can I Return/Exchange A Product That I Opened Already?

If you have already opened, used, or partially used a product that you received from us, we can give you an in store credit towards new items in most cases. We can not refund you for opened products.

You can return an opened product as long as you ordered it within the last 7 days. You must return the bottle back to us. We will then give you an in store credit minus the shipping or return shipping fees. We can not accept returns or exchanges on the items that you receive resulting from this return of an opened bottle.

If I Get Sick By Taking A Product, Can I Return It?

Sometimes a product may not agree with your stomach or you may have a negative reaction. Luckily, this is extremely rare and if it does happen, it is not anything major. We will gladly give you an in-store credit or exchange. Follow the directions below for sending the product back to us.

I Received The Wrong Product! What Do I Do?

Don't worry, we will take care of this for you in record time! If you received the wrong product, flavor, size or color, simply e-mail us at  or call us at 1-855-276-8346. Give us your name, order number and the item that was not correct and what item you should have received. We will check our inventory immediately, arrange for the wrong product to be returned to us, and send out the correct product right away!

How Long Do Refunds Typically Take?

Once we have confirmed that you are getting a refund, the refund will be processed within 24 hours! I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

You can use the order confirmation email that we send you, but if you lost that, then contact us at info@campusprotein.com and we'll send you another copy.

When will my credit appear after my returns?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive (not when you ship) your returned items.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

You only have to pay sales tax if you're delivering packages to New York, which is where our warehouse is located.

I have a question on my charges.

Be sure to double check between the order information that we email to you and the financial statements of your accounts. If there's any discrepancies, contact us immediately and we'll move quickly to rectify the issue. Please note all prices are in USD.
