Protein Birthday Cake Batter Frappe

  • 1/2 cup of Fairlife skim milk
  • Cup of coffee
  • 12g cake batter protein powder
  • 20g Walden Farms International french vanilla coffee creamer
  • 2g vanilla extract
  • 2g cheesecake sugar free/fat free pudding mix
  • 2g stevia


  1. Make a cup of coffee of your choice
  2. Add coffee to an ice cube tray and freeze
  3. Once frozen, take ice cubes out and put in blender
  4. Add all other ingredients, and blend
  5. Top with cool whip and sprinkles, enjoy!

111 cals, 10g carbs, 1.5g fat, 13g protein
