Double Chocolate Chip Protein Pizookie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 scoop Cookie Stuffed Cookie Protein
  • 5g sugar free jello
  • 60g pumpkin puree
  • 46g egg whites
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • vanilla extract
  • cinnamon
  • 15g chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. 
  2. Mix all ingredients together except for chocolate chips
  3. Pour into a non-stick pan and add chips on top
  4. Bake for 20 minutes and top with ice cream of choice!
