Chocolate Brownie Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp no sodium baking powder
  • 1/4 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 egg white 
  • 2 T applesauce
  • 1/2 tbs cocoa powder

    Directions

    1. Place all ingredients in and small bowl and mix until smooth.
    2. Transfer to a large, greased coffee mug and microwave for 2-3 minutes.
    3. Top with chocolate chips and enjoy!
