Apple Cinnamon Protein Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 2 scoops Apple Cinnamon Protein Powder
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 10 drops of stevia (or sweetener of choice)
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees 
  2. Prepare a greased muffin pan .
  3. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix.  Once mixed, pour evenly into pan.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes. 
  5. Cool and Enjoy!

Makes 12 muffins.

Per muffin - Calories: 106; Total Fat: 1.2g; Carbohydrate: 15.1g; Protein: 9.1g
