No Bake PB and Chocolate Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup or 2 scoops of MuscleTech Whey Protein
  • 1 T chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 T honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  •  2-4 T of milk, almond milk, soy milk or water
  • Small handful of m&m's, Reese's pieces, chocolate chips, or raisins

Directions:

  • In a bowl, mix together all ingredients and form into balls.
  • Refrigerate for 45min-1 hour, and enjoy!
