Cinnamon Roll Mug Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of coconut flour 
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ scoop Cinnamon Bun Protein Powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg 
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1 tablespoons sugar-free maple syrup

Icing: 

Directions:

1) Mix all ingredients together in a microwavable mug

2) Microwave for 1-2 minutes

3) Mix icing ingredients together and drizzle on cake
