Alcoholic drinks can be a dangerous source of calories, sugar, and salt! You can pick healthier alternatives to avoid ruining your hard work! Here are some tips to pick the best choices:

10 Lowest-Calorie Drinks

1. Rum & Diet Coke

Calories: 65
Ingredients: 1 oz. rum, 5 oz. Diet Coke

2. Bloody Mary

Calories:120

Scrap the mix and make a Bloody Mary from scratch! Start with ¾ cup of no sugar-added, low-sodium tomato juice and add the juice of ½ lemon, a dash each of hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce, fresh ground pepper to taste, and 1 shot of vodka. Garnish with a lemon wedge and celery stick.
