Protein Créme Brûlée

Ingredients:
  • 30g Vanilla Creme Protein 
  • 100g 0% Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp of sweetener 

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients in food processor until smooth and creamy
  2. Pour into a baking dish and top with sugar/sweetener of choice
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes
  4. Enjoy!
