Cinnamon Swirl Pancakes

Ingredients:
  • 80g extra Fluffy Complete Pancake Mix
  • 12g PB2
  • 3g Splenda
  • 2g Baking Powder
  • 8g Sugar Free Fat Free Pudding Mix
  • 17g Cellucor Cor Performance Whey Cinnamon Swirl
  • 2g Egg Whites
  • dash of Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2c Water
  • 120g Greek Yogurt
  • 32g Cream Cheese
  • 17g Cellucor Cor Performance Whey Cinnamon Swirl
  • 2g Cinnamon Bun Oreo’s
1.Combine all dry ingredients into a mixing bowl
2.Separate egg whites and add to dry ingredients with water and vanilla extract. Stir to form a batter
3.Heat a skillet on medium power and cook pancakes one at a time (2 minutes on one side, and 1-2 minutes on the other until golden brown). Repeat process until all pancakes are made
4.In a small bowl combine yogurt, cream cheese, and ½ scoop Cellucor whey. Continue to mix until frosting is created
5.In a small Ziploc bag take two Oreo’s and crush them to form a garnish
6.Layer pancakes with frosting and then top with crushed oreo’s
